Everything starts with an idea. Designers brainstorm to create a toy that’s beautiful, fun, and safe for children. Then, the design is drawn on paper or modeled on a computer.
Mold Making
Once the design is finalized, it’s time to make the mold. The mold acts like a template, allowing the toy’s shape to be produced repeatedly.
Parts Production
Raw materials like plastic or fabric enter the production line. Pieces are made using plastic injection machines or fabric-cutting tools. Each part is shaped separately.
Assembly
Next comes assembly. The parts are put together, and a complete toy is born.
Quality Control
One of the most important stages is quality control. At this point, the toy’s safety, durability, and overall quality are tested to ensure it poses no risk to children.
Packaging & Distribution
Finally, the toys are packed in suitable packaging and prepared for delivery to stores and customers.
